The Group is headed by the privately held “Energy Saving Technologies” Financial Industrial Group" Company Limited (ENSAT Co., Ltd), which coordinates cooperative efforts and dynamic interaction between the Group's companies, and oversees development and expansion in key areas of business activity and the major projects of the Group. ENSAT integrates the business potential of research and engineering companies dealing with breakthrough technologies and professional investment, financial and risk management, hedging and insurance brokerage and business promotion firms. ENSAT is based on a business strategy rejecting short-lived prospects in favor of long-term programs and development opportunities, financial and organizational independence of its companies, complemented by corporate cooperation and a common strategy of diversified development.
