Upon completion of fundamental R&D works and launch of secured patents for Trans-sound Jet Flow (TJF) technologies, the Company has established serial manu-facturing capacities at an IS0 9001 and TUV certified facility. Over the last years we have experienced sustained growth of sales in Russia, and are negotiating multiple international contracts. The trademarks and brand names of ENSAT (TJF, PetroFusion, TICOM, Fisonic, Tetraseis and others) have very high market recognition within Russia and the Community of independent States (CIS). The company has won multiple national industry awards – Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Science, became a laureate of the Russian Venture Capital Fair, and received a British Council grant. STRATEGIC GOAL The strategic goal of the company is to secure a leading role on the Russian energy conservation market, providing uniquely efficient equipment for a broad range of industry sectors while rendering “turn-key” integrated engineering, designing and project-management services. Our long-term aim includes promoting ENSAT energy-saving equipment in Europe, US, Asia and Latin America and eventually entering the international markets by establishing export relations, creating joint ventures through cooperation and strategic alliances with the market leaders, leveraging strategic investor funding to rapidly expand business operations. NEXT-GENERATION ENSAT TECHNOLOGIES AND EQUIPMENT ENSAT technologies bring energy-saving advanced performance to upgrade many common industrial processes, such as steam-based heat generation and distribution, saturation, de-aeration, homogenization, petroleum and water treatment and quality improvement and many others. The technologies, engineering models and know-how underlying various ENSAT equipment are protected by Russian and international patents in Europe, US and China. Equipment based on TJF technologies has been successfully implemented in a wide variety of industrial applications. Only in 2006 more than 40 industrial and utilities objects in Russia, Byelorussia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan were successfully put into operation, which confirms the advantage of ENSAT technologies over the traditional solutions: since 1999 more than 260 objects in RF and abroad are successfully exploited. ENSAT EQUIPMENT IS EFFECTIVELY APPLIED IN: - A wide variety of processing industry technology cycles – petroleum and chemical processing, foodstuff production, textiles and others Industrial and residential heating and water supply systems;
- Various steam and water processes in thermal and nuclear power plant systems ("big energy" applications);
- Petroleum production, transshipment, processing;
- Fuel storage and distribution infrastructure (marine terminals and pipelines).
PRODUCT LINEUP SUMMARY - Brand-new PetroFusion units for quality improvement (decrease of sulfur, paraffin, viscosity) of crude oil and oil products, viscous liquids express heaters and thinners for pumping and "lost" sediment scouring and processing;

The company has recently developed and tested several new modifications of our core technologies. These new equipment complexes were specifically developed for applications in the petroleum processing industry, and for use in water purification systems. The crude petroleum preprocessing equipment does not require needless reconstruction of refinery facilities allows simple "cut-in" or “by-pass” installation and provides a dramatic increase in "light fractions" output after distillation. Our residual and diesel fuel processing equipment produces fuels with significantly lower sulfur content, and allows creating water-fuel and composite emulsions that greatly reduce boiler burner fuel consumption and nearly eliminate ecologically harmful emissions. We are also testing TJF-based high-throughput water decontamination systems that purify water without using UV or chemical reagents. TJF EQUIPMENT ADVANTAGES - Fuel and electric energy savings can reach 25% and more;
- Fast investment payback – equipment costs are approximately 1/2 of similar conventional systems;
- TJF-based equipment systems are several times more compact in comparison with similar conventional technology;
- Reliable operation, easy to install and service, practically no need for maintenance due to simple, rock-stable device construction;
- Guaranteed improvement in quality of processed products;
- Positive ecological impact: hyper-efficient heat exchange process cuts thermal and chemical pollution – a noticeable decrease in green-house emissions.
FULL-CYCLE SERVICES Energy-resources saving is the demand of the 21st century. It is not possible to ensure energy security and the competitive ability of the national economies, increase the GDP without energy efficiency policy. Energy saving also becomes an enormous investment resource, estimated by billions of dollars. However, the availability of good technologies to accomplish energy efficiency is the necessary but not sufficient condition. What is greatly demanded is the complex of organizational and technical measures, reliable financial-economic and lawful mechanisms that will make it possible to carry out fundamentally new systematic approach to the development and realizations of regional and industrial energy-saving projects. This assumes the presence of the specially organized corporate structures. In 2002 the ENSAT Group became the founder and managing company of the “Energy Project Group” Consortium (EPGC) which unites now more than 35 Russian and foreign companies employees exceed 6000 working in more than 40 regions of Russia with the annual turnover of about $850 million. By leveraging our united intellectual property and diverse business resources, the company can undertake reconstruction of energy producing facilities of any scale. “Energy Project Group” provides full cycle of licensed and certified services: energy resources auditing (heat, water, electricity) engineering, project design, construction, equipment delivery and installation, post launch maintenance services on the regional and industries levels. In addition EPGC assist its clients and customers with co-financing, fund raising and attraction of strategic partners and investors, as well as insurance, risk and project management, legal and administrative support and consulting. CUSTOMERS AND MARKET PERSPECTIVES The majority of ENSAT's clients are currently private companies and municipal enterprises in Russia and the CIS countries. At the same time, a number of state-owned enterprises actively seeking to implement TJF units is on the rise. An official expertise at the Ministry of Economic Development and Ministry of Science and certification with the Ministry of Industry and Energy of the RF confirmed effectiveness and evident market demand for TJF Technologies, which were included in the National Energy Efficiency Program as a priority industrial energy conservation technology to be used in mod-ernizing the outdated energy infrastructure. Wide TJF technologies application is an integral part of energy conservation programs in many regions of Russia. ENSAT equipment is already being implemented in the corporate energy-saving and cost-reduction programs of the “Unified Energy Systems of Russia”, “Russian Railways Corporation”, Gazprom, Lukoil, TNK-BP, and many other corporations. ENSAT Group and leading companies of Energy Project Group Consortium (Ecohydrotechnica, Baltic Crown, SOGES etc.) actively participate in several strategic programs: Sakhalin Off-Shore Oil & Gas Development, Project of Eurasia Canal connecting Caspian and Black Sea, construction of oil-transshipment and cargo terminals and infrastructure & municipal territories development in the North-West of Russia – from Kaliningrad to St-Petersburg, etc. INTERNATIONAL CONTACTS The ENSAT GROUP is actively developing foreign markets for TJF Technologies by exporting equipment and forming joint-venture businesses with foreign partners. Negotiations focused on strategic cooperation and partnerships with British, Belgian, Italian, French, and Chinese companies as well as enterprises from several Latin American and Asian countries are underway. Together with the Russian Speaking Community in Britain (Chairman – Mr. Vladimir Bobkoff) ENSAT Group has initiated the foundation of the British – Russian Investment Club (BRIC) which strategic purpose is to create favorable conditions and effective mechanisms of facilitating and supporting investment and trade activities for the British and Russian business circles.
